Q: What warranty does RS Media Ghana provide on their products?
A: All products come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty period
Q: How can I pay for my goods?
A: Payments are accepted at our Ecobank account in Accra, Ghana. Alternatively payments can be made internationally to our UK bank, Regular staged payments; for vehicle tracking systems, maintenance contracts etc, are accepted as direct debits
Q: When will I receive my goods?
A: Goods will be delivered once cleared funds have been received at our bank
Q: What happens if the exchange rate fluctuates since time of quotation to placement of order?
A: RS Media Ghana reserve the right to requote if the exchange rate has deviated by 3% either way over the previously quoted value.
